UNDP Resident Representative Subinay Nandy uses Goebbels principle to support LTTE propaganda machine.

LTTE propaganda network have been globally spreading for thirty years the biggest lie of the century saying that there is a TAMIL HOMELAND in Sri Lanka. This big lie appears to have gobbled up by the UN & its representatives and the west and now trying to spread another big lie by stating a non-existent political unit called Northern Provincial Government. Those authorities who represent various organization of UNO should study the politics of a country (Sri Lanka herein) before making false statement. I would like to ask Subinay Nandy when was a Tamil Provincial Government formed or existed in Sri Lanka. What we have is only a Northern Provincial Council. Here the UNDP representative Nandy may be purposely or through ignorance trying to spread another Big Lie stating of a Northern Provincial Government over and over as time passed by, it will be treated as a truth as the Goebbels’ principle says. Quote UNDP Resident Representative Subinay Nandy, who says” of the four areas of funding : “…Third, to provide technical support to the Northern Provincial Government to better plan and undertake development programs, generate revenue and reach out to communities, for consultation and feedback. This component is to be implemented by UNDP.” The UNDP rep talks about Northern Provincial Government (NPG) and not of Northern Provincial Council (NPC). This big lie will register in the UNO records and after some time UNO may quote this in their various official statements and confirm the LIE by repeating and recording over and over.

Therefore, on one hand UNDP Rep Nandy should correct this statement in public if he had made this blatant error and the President & PM of Sri Lanka should take up this matter with Nandy and protest. On the face of it looks simple but there is a grave danger under lying in this BIG LIE.
