Communal claims on common land

Power sharing in Sri Lanka is about drawing up constitutional title deeds to enshrine communal claims on a common territory. Consequent to this local twist, there are many barriers to power sharing in Sri Lanka, including the wide, nonexclusive dissemination of knowledge. Knowledge diffusion is mainly via Sri Lankan dialogues. The following dialogue had the following catalyst;

 They avoid denouncing governmental patrons providing financing. They don’t link neoliberal exploitation and human rights violations to imperial agendas.

Indian High commissioner on a visit to Sri Lanka’s Northern Province

July 20, Colombo: High Commissioner of India, Ashok K. Kantha, who is visiting the Northern Province of Sri Lanka from July 20 -22, participated in various events held in Jaffna on Friday.

A press statement from the High Commission of India in Colombo said that the High Commissioner attended the plenary inaugural session of the Jaffna University International Research Conference (JUICE 2012) on ‘Capacity Development in a Post War Context’ which was organized by the University of Jaffna.
