Hon. Manmohan Singh,

Prime Minister of India,

Your Excellency

It is because of grave concern that we address this letter to you. It is now obvious that the outcome of the so-called “Peace Process” had already been determined in 2002 when it was signed.

The LTTE is being excused by the donor countries for every violation of the Cease-fire agreement so far and encouraged to pursue their goal of separation with vigour, while the Government of Sri Lanka is being warned not to start a war.

The Donor countries are following the same agenda they did in breaking-up Russia, Yugoslavia and destabilizing Cambodia etc. This is not the first time these tactics have been used and will not be the last. They have been well documented by many people including internationally recognized journalists. Their long-term goal is to get the Western ships into Trincomalee harbour and begin their destabilizing program of India through the south.

We quote from “The Oslo War Process”.

“There are 60 million Tamils in India. The three main parties, which represent those Tamils, are all secessionist. The "peace process" in Sri Lanka will create a Tamil mini-state or quasi-state or “de facto”*/ state in Sri Lanka. This will simultaneously encourage Tamil secessionists in India and will increase the power and influence of the Tigers in India's Tamil-Nadu.”

Quoting from the same source

“India will be destroyed for the same reasons Yugoslavia was destroyed:

(1) it is a large country with an independent foreign policy, and

(2) its existence makes possible a Eurasian alternative to US power (in the case of Yugoslavia, it was Russia’s ally in Europe). Its destruction will further an overall goal of cutting up the world into smaller pieces..” (http://emperors-clothes.com/gilwhite/#32)

Since, just like Yugoslavia, India is a complex, multi-ethnic country, the strategy followed in India’s destruction will be very similar: some Nations will see to it that racism and civil war rend India to shreds”

The scheming nations will stop at nothing to achieve its "imperial grand strategy" This is how Henry Kissinger,  describes it* "a revisionist state seeking to parlay its momentary advantages into a world order in which it runs the show, a unipolar world in which no state or coalition could ever challenge it as global leader, protector, and enforcer"*

Believe us, Sir, it is not a pipe dream, they have already passed the halfway mark. India and China are their last obstacles.

The principle of universality is the most elementary of moral truisms but to  Henry Kissinger*. “ … It cannot be a universal principle available to every nation. .. We must forcefully reject the principle of universality: that we apply to ourselves the same standards we do to others…”*

To quote Dr. Subramanium Swamy (former Law and Commerce Minister of India, Leader of the Janatha Party and a visiting Professor at Harvard University) regarding the so-called ‘peace process’ and the LTTE : “For a few dollars, Chandrika, (President of S.L.)does not mind legitimizing them and lacks self respect, even that the terrorist organization that tried to kill her may be made her partner in Tsunami relief. Hence, India has to act on it's own to safeguard it's own long-term interest.  Insincere Norway mediators should be kicked out”

The LTTE and Prabhakaran will be used  as Bin Laden was used to oppose Russia, (in Afghanistan) Sadam Hussain to fight Iran, Pol Pot to destabilize Cambodia etc. After that, they will dispose of Prabhakaran and the LTTE. By this time, it may be too late for India. We do not have to explain who was responsible for the disintegration of other big and powerful nations

 Also, we cannot see how the donor countries can name the LTTE as the sole representative of the Tamil people. Mr. Ananda Sangaree of the TULF very recently [17th June, 11.45am] states in a communiqué

”Donor countries to Sri Lanka that talk about giving aid to people affected by tsunami have never paid any attention to the Tamil people in the North and the East who have been subjected to various atrocities of the Wanni tiger organization for the last twenty years. Donor groups handled by Norwegians never criticize the human right violations by the Tigers. Donor countries which are quite aware of the savage attacks by the Tigers on innocent Tamil people *should first assess the atrocities committed by the Tigers on the Tamil people”*

It is now clear that the donor countries are trying to disguise financial assistance to replenish the badly depleted Terrorist arsenal as “Tsunami Aid, while forcing their hand on the Sri Lankan Government to agree to “anything”.

We can go on and on with proof and arguments why the LTTE should be treated as an extremely dangerous terror outfit and nothing else. Even after the London bombings, the Tiger terrorists seem confident that they will get help from the West for “tsunami aid” to be delivered direct to them, if they can’t get the Government to activate the agreement signed on 24/6/05.

Following the recent Supreme Court decision blocking the P-TOMS deal, the LTTE today declared that it was going to initiate a dialogue with the International Community urging them to deliver aid directly to the LTTE and not through the recently sealed P-TOMS deal. LTTE Political Wing leader S.P. Tamilselvan told the Tamil National Alliance Parliamentarians today at the Tiger Peace Secretariat in Kilinochchi, “We are not concerned any more about the P-TOMS, which the South is using as a base to stage a drama. We will make an effort in informing the international community about the ground reality and request them to make the decision to deliver aid directly to us."

 We cannot understand how the international community can even think of dealing with an organization that has been outlawed in their countries, but think it legal to talk to them in another country. How is it possible for any country to support terrorism in one part of the world and fight it in another?

We urge you, Sir, to come forward as the only capable nation in the region and put a stop to these countries and end their* imperial grand strategy asSri Lanka and the entire Asian region would benefit immensely.
