Is there an ‘ethnic problem’ in Sri Lanka? |
1. Except in the north and the east - where, with the complicity and collusion of the government, Tamil terrorists have murdered more than 65,000 Sinhelas and driven more than 200,000 from their homes in a genocidal ethnic-cleansing programme to seize this land area - everywhere else in Sri Lanka all the communities live in peace. Indeed, after the signing of the MOU, tens of thousands of Tamils have fled from the Tamil terrorist-controlled north and east to live in the predominantly-inhela area - confirming that the rights of the Tamil civilians are violated not by the Sinhalas but by the Tamil terrorists, with the collusion of the government as a signatory of the MOU.
